I'm back!

Well I'm home from my long weekend visit with my mom. Wonderful, priceless time with her. It was 50/60's with a little rain at night. We did a little of everything, shopped, moved things for her, took a few photos, ate awesome food (in and out), played the Wii, made some stamps, watched movies and went to an awesome scrapbook store.

If you are ever in the Gatlinburg area you have to go to it. 2 stores, one awesome store with everything you could ever want and more, then a clearance store, everything was half off there. Even my hubby found things at both stores to use. Loved the store and we plan on going back the next time we visit. Got so creative juices flowing, now to get caught up so I can play.

A new card

Well I got this awesome stamp from Victoria Case of a firefighter, so I had to make 2 cards for firefighters and it was perfect. Hubby even loved it, good thing since I made him on as well. lol!

I won!

I posted a shaker card a few post back with a digital image from Wink Wink Ink, and Guess what, I won!! First time ever wining anything on blogs. Yeah! I went shopping for my $15.00 prize, so it was hard since there are a few images I like but wasn't sure I would ever use them. I can't wait to play with them. I also seen they are getting ready for a 1 year anniversary later this week. So, I'll keep checking to see what kind of fun these ladies come up with. Congrats! Off to do some cleaning and organizing some more, never ending! Ginger

Catching up!

Hope you all are good! Are you all getting ready for Christmas? Doesn't seem like Christmas yet to me. Guess it isn't yet! We still have to put up our tree maybe this week or this weekend for sure. We made all our cookies Saturday and buckeyes but hubby ran out of gas to dip them. So for now they are naked! He said tonight he'd get them dressed. I say this it loads of work and won't do them without his help. We will see. Been snowing for a few days but not hard. It was melting away as fast as it cam down until yesterday. We are starting to get a little snow and slippery roads. I could do without both.

Trying to get thing finished up for Thanksgiving with family for Thursday and Friday. Then on Saturday we go to a Ohio State Michigan football game, border battle party. Great times with great family and friends.
